Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of FindADoctor by patients, healthcare professionals, practices, and other visitors.

Platform role
FindADoctor is a technology platform that helps users discover healthcare professionals and request appointments. FindADoctor does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or a guarantee of clinical outcomes.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use the platform lawfully. You may not impersonate another person, submit false credentials, interfere with the service, scrape data, or misuse patient or professional information.
Appointments
An appointment request is subject to the healthcare professional’s confirmation and availability. Practices remain responsible for clinical services, fees, medical aid claims, cancellations, rescheduling, and patient communication.
Information and listings
We take reasonable steps to support verification, but professionals and practices remain responsible for keeping their profiles, credentials, services, fees, and availability accurate. Users should independently assess whether a professional is suitable for their needs.
Liability and availability
To the extent permitted by South African law, FindADoctor is not liable for clinical decisions, treatment, provider conduct, missed appointments, medical aid decisions, or losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will present material changes when required. South African law governs these terms, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
