Do not wait for a booking
Do not use appointment requests, profile messages, notifications, or support channels for urgent or life-threatening symptoms. FindADoctor does not monitor these channels continuously and cannot dispatch emergency care.

Contact the appropriate emergency service in your area, call South Africa’s national emergency numbers where available, or go to the nearest hospital emergency unit. If you are unsure whether the situation is an emergency, seek urgent professional assistance.
Examples of urgent warning signs
Seek immediate help for symptoms such as severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, signs of stroke, serious injury, poisoning, seizures, or thoughts of self-harm. This list is not exhaustive.
