Doctor Listing Agreement
This agreement applies to healthcare professionals and practices that create, manage, or publish a listing on FindADoctor.
Effective date: 13 June 2026
Authority and credentials
You confirm that you are authorised to represent the listed professional or practice and that all submitted qualifications, HPCSA registration details, practice information, documents, and services are accurate and current.
Professional responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for professional registration, scope of practice, clinical care, informed consent, patient records, confidentiality, fees, medical aid requirements, and compliance with applicable South African healthcare laws and ethical rules.
Listings and bookings
You must maintain accurate availability, respond to booking requests promptly, and communicate cancellations or changes. FindADoctor may verify, reject, request more information about, unpublish, or suspend a listing to protect users or platform integrity.
Patient information
You may use information received through FindADoctor only for legitimate care, appointment administration, and legally permitted purposes. You must maintain appropriate safeguards and may not use patient information for unauthorised marketing.
Reviews and promotion
Patient reviews may be moderated under platform rules. Paid plans or sponsored placement do not imply a clinical endorsement or alter your professional duties.
Ongoing consent
By accepting this agreement, you authorise publication of approved listing information and agree to notify FindADoctor promptly of material changes to your credentials or eligibility to practise.
